Q. Do I have to sign for delivery?
A. Yes. Because we ship alcoholic beverages we are REQUIRED BY LAW to ship with Adult Signature Required. We cannot specify a time during the day that delivery will be attempted. UPS will not deliver on a Saturday or call you before arrival. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
Q. There is a particular wine I am looking for. Can I place a special order?
A. Yes, we can place special orders. If there is a wine you can not find and you would like to purchase a case of it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out this Request Form.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. In general, orders placed by 3pm Eastern Standard time will ship the same day. This is, of course, not guaranteed. It may take a few days for an order to be put together and for all products to be in stock. If you need to receive the wine by a specific date please include a note with your order in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.
Q. Is it too hot or cold to ship?
A. When it is extremely hot or cold on the route between our location and the delivery address, we advise customers to choose to have the order held in our temperature controlled facility until the weather is more favorable for shipping. 3 day or 1 day air options are also available, these delivery methods will help ensure that wine is not exposed to the weather for prolonged periods of time. We reserve the right to hold orders to protect the integrity of products shipped. Shamrock Wine & Liquor assumes no responsibility for wines damaged in transit by temperature. Q. Do you offer local delivery?
A. Yes, we currently offer local delivery through Uber Eats and DoorDash. Person receiving delivery must be 21 and over and must present ID. For large quantity orders, such as for special events or weddings, please call the store.
Q. Can I order online and pickup my order?
A. Yes, you may order online and pick up your order at our store located at 3565 US Highway 9W, Highland, NY. Choose "Pickup at the store" at checkout. Please Note: When picking up in store, must present cashier with credit card used for purchase and matching photo ID to validate purchase.
