Shipping and Local Delivery
In general, orders placed by 3pm Eastern Standard time will ship the same day. This is, of course, not guaranteed. It may take a few days for an order to be put together and for all products to be in stock. If you need to receive the wine by a specific date please include a note with your order in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.
Signing for Delivery
We are REQUIRED BY LAW to ship with Adult Signature Required. We cannot specify a time during the day that delivery will be attempted. UPS will not deliver on a Saturday or call you before arrival. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
When it is extremely hot or cold on the route between our location and the delivery address, we advise customers to choose to have the order held in our temperature controlled facility until the weather is more favorable for shipping. 3 day or 1 day air options are also available, these delivery methods will help ensure that wine is not exposed to the weather for prolonged periods of time. We reserve the right to hold orders to protect the integrity of products shipped. Shamrock Wine & Liquor assumes no responsibility for wines damaged in transit by temperature. Person receiving delivery must be 21 and over and must present ID. For large quantity orders, such as for special events or weddings, please call the store.
